Publicity can take place in the form of at least three announcements to your members at your meetings, advertisement in your periodic publication, etc. leading up to the weeks of September through October 2007.SUPPORT: By supporting this event you agree to endorse as well as your organization agrees to encourage children to conduct at least one hands on activity such as prepare collages, cards depicting Gandhiji's quotes or other similar quotes, paintings, poems, essays, speeches etc. around the themes of life and message of Mahatma Gandhi leading up to October 2, 2007, Gandhi Jayanti.SPONSORSHIP: By sponsoring this event you agree to endorse, support and have children of your organization participate in program being planned for October 7, 2007 by Mahatma Gandhi Week committee. The participation could be in the form of a performing art item such as drama, skit, dance, music, etc. In addition, your organization will make available one person to Mahatma Gandhi Week committee for the leg work involved in Mahatma Gandhi Week activitiesFinancial Commitment: Whatever your level of support for this event there is absolutely no financial commitment required of your organization.
